Available Homes are New Inventory Homes that the Custom Builder who owns that homesite has already started building.

Homesites

Available Homesites are lots that are ready to be built on by the Custom Builder that owns the particular homesite. Available Homesites are combined with a Floor Plan that meets community guidelines either from the Custom Builder or by the Purchaser and they are sold as a "Combined Package"

Under Contract

Under Contract Homes are Inventory Homes or Homesites that a Buyer has agreed to purchase.
